Job Description

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 for the Training Table TCU in Fort Worth, TX . This Executive Chef will be responsible for the dining operation that serves TCU athletes. This operation is $3.2M in volume. Our chef will have a high level of interaction with the Athletic Department staff
  • coaches, nutritionists, administration, and players.
This is a position for a very innovative, creative and client/customer driven culinarian, with strong financial skills. TCU Training Table is a high-performance dining program designed to support the nutritional needs, recovery, and overall well-being of student-athletes, coaches, and football staff. Operating as an integral component of the athletics department, the training table delivers chef-driven, nutritionally balanced meals aligned with sports dietitian guidelines and performance goals. The program provides daily meal service, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supplemental fueling options, tailored to meet the demands of training cycles, competition schedules, and position-specific requirements. Menus are strategically developed to offer a balance of lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and functional ingredients that promote strength, endurance, and recovery. What You'll Do be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
