Job Description

Sous-Chef Yacht Club & Y Bar Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support culinary operations at the Yacht Club & Y Bar, a vibrant lakeside dining destination offering both upscale cuisine and a lively, social atmosphere. This role is key to delivering exceptional dishes from fresh East Coast oysters and tuna crudo to elevated entr es like wagyu ribeye, lobster thermidor, and duck confit while leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About the Yacht Club & Y BarThe Yacht Club offers a refined yet welcoming clubhouse experience with views of Lake LBJ, featuring chef-driven cuisine, an extensive wine list, and handcrafted cocktails. The Y Bar provides a relaxed, high-energy setting with live music, signature drinks, and weekend nightlife.
