Job Description

Overview:
This team member will partner with management to ensure proper training and supervision of all restaurant staff. Delivers not only excellent service in line with Omni standards but also true hospitality and WOW moments.
Responsibilities:
Controls the quality and consistency of all food served. Creates and adjusts work schedules based on workload and occupancy. Orders and receives ingredients and culinary supplies, and controls inventory. Consistently conducts departmental line-ups. Maintains the cleanliness of all food prep and production areas. Conducts a month-end inventory of all products. Ensure work areas are set up at least 15 minutes prior to service. Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis. Assist in controlling food cost, including writing and performing the daily prep list and par sheets Assist in producing and plating plates. Prepare and properly store food items for advanced production. Report any maintenance or security problems to the appropriate department promptly.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a Food and Beverage supervision or management role preferred. Must have and maintain Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications. Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, members, management, and co-workers, both in person and by telephone. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Prior serving and cash handling experience preferred Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have the ability to manage deadlines. Basic familiarity with Food and Beverage financials, including cost and par controls, is preferred. Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Must know emergency procedures and work to prevent accidents. Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of moderate weight without assistance.
