The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with experience in fine dining and catering environments. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of ingredients. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques and best practices. Assist in catering events, providing exceptional service and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area. Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive work environment. Skills Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within fine dining or catering settings. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff. Proficient in inventory control and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to create accommodating menus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
