The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, takes pride in quality and presentation, and enjoys bringing new ideas to the menu. Responsibilities Prepare and bake desserts following established recipes and standards. Maintain consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation. Keep the pastry area clean and organized. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Develop and suggest new dessert ideas for potential menu additions. Work collaboratively with the culinary team. Qualifications Previous professional pastry or baking experience preferred. Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques. Ability to follow recipes accurately. Creative, detail-oriented, and dependable. Fine dining experience is a plus.
