As an essential member of our culinary team, you will craft exceptional menus, oversee food preparation, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary artistry while managing kitchen operations with passion and precision. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative Asian fusion menus that highlight authentic flavors and contemporary techniques Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and timely service Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and food safety Oversee inventory control, manage food supplies, and minimize waste through effective stock management Ensure compliance with health regulations and uphold rigorous food safety standards across all kitchen activities Collaborate with the catering and banquet teams to deliver exceptional event experiences Manage shift schedules, monitor food quality, and maintain a clean, organized work environment Requirements Proven culinary experience in Asian cuisine with a focus on fusion concepts; fine dining experience preferred Demonstrated supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory management, and dietary considerations within the food industry Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale food service operations is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about pushing culinary boundaries and creating unforgettable dining experiences!
