Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations and prepare high-quality dishes. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring consistency in food quality. The ideal candidate should have creativity, leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen activities Maintain food safety and hygiene standards Monitor kitchen inventory and food supplies Assist in menu planning and recipe development Ensure timely food preparation during busy operations Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Requirements 3+ years of professional culinary experience Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Leadership and team management skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
