- Job description : Join our team at Sapa Sushi Bar and Grill, a sushi restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare various sushi rolls according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in food preparation.
- Handle raw fish and other ingredients with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage inventory and stock rotation to maintain freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a reputable restaurant.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
