(k), relocation assistance A beautiful, historic property in Central Virginia is seeking a Head Chef to oversee their fine dining offering. Qualifications
  • Strong fundamental skills in classical cooking techniques and fine-dining preparation
  • Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in Michelin-level kitchens
  • Culinary degree preferred or equivalent advanced kitchen leadership experience Requirements
  • Lead and execute kitchen operations for breakfast and dinner
  • Manage ordering, inventory, staff training and development, and all kitchen operations
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met and exceeded
