Job Description

Location:
McLean, VA- local candidates only
Salary:
$65k-$75k

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Dining Discounts A growing restaurant group is looking for a great Sous Chef for their new Mediterranean concept opening in McLean, VA in April 2026!
Qualifications:
3+ years of Sous Chef experience in upscale restaurant operations, Mediterranean experience highly preferred. Positive, collaborative leadership style and the ability to build and train teams. Strong communication skills and experience with new restaurant openings.
Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Sous Chef with all culinary operations and execution Lead daily production, quality control, and kitchen organization Train and mentor back-of-house staff to uphold brand and culinary standards Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
