Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution. Implement training programs for staff on food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence. Monitor kitchen cleanliness and organization to uphold sanitation standards and operational flow. Qualifications Proven experience in food production, fine dining, catering, or restaurant management with a strong culinary background. Supervising experience with a focus on team management and leadership in a high-volume environment. Extensive knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, dietary requirements, and health regulations. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food service management. Strong skills in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. Experience with banquet services and managing large-scale catering events is highly desirable.
