  • MDV, Boutique Hotel in Southern Vermont is looking for Banquet Chef to join their team Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of previous Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, full service restaurant.
2 or 4 year degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred. Someone with ambition and drive to become an Exec Chef Passion for mountain lifestyle, outdoor recreation, and community-oriented hospitality Responsibilities 2+ years relative experience in a kitchen of similar size. Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to help beyond this job description and wear multiple hats, Food Handler Certification, Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable).
