In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian vegetarian dishes and some north indian dishes too that reminds our customer of taste from their home , fresh and healthy. We will start with weekend only kitchen first and then move to full week kitchen depending on the performance and quality and how business . This is a part time job only as we start with weekends (Friday / Sat /Sunday Evening. ). We will expand this into every day operation depending on the growth. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of traditional South Indian dishes like dosa, adai, pesarattu, idli, vada, pongal, poori, sambar, chutneys , filter coffee , tea , sweets and some north indian vegetarian dishes like roti, sabzis, dal, dal makhani , briyanis & variety rice etc. This is not a restaurant , but a delivery only (from doordash) place. So, cook must be done depending on the order. Skills Extensive culinary experience specializing in South Indian cuisine with a strong understanding of traditional recipes and cooking techniques Knowledge of using doordash or other food delivery app is required Excellent food preparation skills coupled with a thorough understanding of food safety sanitizing procedures Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary artistry to life while leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering authentic South Indian flavors!
