We are looking for skilled and passionate Thai Specialty Cooks to join our team and help deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Thai dishes according to recipes and Lead Chef direction Perform early prep of sauces, soups, roasts, and other menu items Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Assist with training kitchen staff and supporting team operations Help develop new menu items and specials Monitor inventory and check quality of ingredients and supplies Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Keep kitchen clean, organized, and safe Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Thai restaurant Strong knowledge of Thai cooking techniques and ingredients Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude Good communication skills Weekend availability required
Pay:
$47,112.00 - $50,690.00 per year
