Job Description
Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining with personal chef experience. We are looking at hiring someone that will join our team in integrative medicine offering postpartum and healthy meal programs. We are looking for someone that understand basic nutrition with expertise in menu planning and inventory control. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation to our clients while ensuring efficient time-management. Responsibilities Develop and design innovative menus that reflect client needs, current culinary trends and customer preferences. Special skills in nutrition and healthy eating. Experience working with complex allergies Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Manage inventory control, including ordering groceries, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with manager ensure seamless meal plans and menus Requirements Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food management principles, including inventory control and food safety standards. Experience in menu planning and executing diverse culinary styles, particularly in personal chef and fine dining settings. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and service. Ability to work weekdays (7 -8 hour shifts between 8am-5pm) Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred but not required. Experience with healthy based menus, nutrition understanding or degree Desired Postpartum Meal preparation Experience Experience with Asian cooking Join our team where your culinary expertise will shine!
