Duties Prepare and cook hibachi-style dishes with precision, flair, and attention to detail, ensuring each plate meets high standards of presentation and taste Engage with guests through lively cooking demonstrations, creating an entertaining and interactive dining experience Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Assist in menu planning by suggesting new hibachi dishes and seasonal specials that align with customer preferences and restaurant standards Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, including knives, grills, and utensils, adhering to sanitation regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service during busy hours Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues in food preparation, serving, and overall restaurant operations Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques specific to hibachi cuisine Background in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Join us as a Hibachi Chef and bring your culinary creativity to life!
