Job Description

The Member Service Concierge at Diamante Country Club serves as the face of the Club from a front desk and member service perspective. This position assists members and guests while supporting multiple departments with daily operations and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Reception and Greeting Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional demeanor Answer calls and emails promptly Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries Perform Club tours Dining and Event Reservations Take dining and event reservations by phone and in person Maintain reservation logs Communicate with food and beverage staff this information accordingly Daily Office Duties Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Assist with guest gate passes Drive a culture of excellence through all aspects of employee, member and guest interactions, fostering a team atmosphere and environment of mutual respect with the membership and employees Supply management Maintaining Conference Room reservations Nametag ordering Calendar updates Member Communication & Assistance Share information on dining hours, menus, upcoming events, and club notices Respond to members' questions regarding policies and services Relay requests to appropriate departments to ensure seamless service Help members troubleshoot and reset their username and passwords to the Diamante website; help members navigate the site and provide tech support to members when necessary Accounting Deposit entry Payment disbursement Collection support Marketing Flyer creation and communications Website assistance as needed Maintain Club's television media onsite Food & Beverage BEO typing and support Inventory data entry and reporting Perform other duties when assigned or necessary Intellectual Demands Welcoming, polished and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Optimistic and positive attitude Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required Must be able to work in a rapidly changing work environment, adapt to changes, manage competing demands and handle frequent change, delays or unexpected events Capacity to maintain decorum under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently Motivated and dependable Strong organization skills Team player Exceptional computer skills including all Microsoft Office products and Adobe, along with learning Club software, Clubessential This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive on delivering outstanding service in an elegant setting. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
