What Youll Do:
As a Concierge, youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by: Working a consistent schedule to support our community Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.Greeting and directing visitors, and managing all incoming phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate person or department.

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business office, including mail and delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules.

Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is always clean, tidy, and welcoming for all residents, visitors, and associates.

Assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness.

Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
