This is a full-time front office position focused on patient experience, communication, scheduling, and coordination. Please note this is not a management role. As a small, team-oriented office, we value professionalism, kindness, reliability, and creating meaningful relationships with our patients and referring offices. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and warmly welcome patients Schedule consultations and coordinate new patient appointments Gather records, referrals, and required documentation Verify insurance benefits and review financial information with patients Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience What We're Looking For Previous dental front office experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive attitude and professional demeanor Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced specialty office Experience with dental software and insurance verification preferred Why Join Our Team?
