Job Summary As a Front Office Patient Concierge, you are the face of the practice and the first impression for every patient entering our luxury plastic surgery and medical spa. This role is ideal for a polished, professional, and people-oriented individual who thrives in a high-end environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Patient Concierge is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated patient experience from check-in to check-out, while managing front-office operations with professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is personable, confident, highly organized, and able to build genuine relationships with patients while maintaining the luxury standards of the practice. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to providing concierge-level hospitality that reflects the brand and reputation of an elite aesthetic practice. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a warm, luxury-level experience from arrival to departure Manage patient check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front office and lobby environment at all times Stay proactive and aware of the daily schedules for both the plastic surgery and medical spa departments Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth transitions throughout the day Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, coordinators, and management regarding schedule updates, delays, and patient needs Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and urgency Assist with consultation scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication Ensure patient paperwork, intake forms, and charts are completed accurately Help create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining the elevated standards of the practice Anticipate patient and office needs while providing exceptional hospitality and attention to detail Support daily office operations and contribute to an organized, efficient workflow Skills Previous experience in a plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, medical spa, or luxury aesthetic practice preferred Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and aesthetic treatments strongly preferred Strong customer service and hospitality background with the ability to create a high-end patient experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable managing schedules and coordinating patient flow for both surgical and med spa services Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate office and patient needs Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and front office operations is a plus Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and luxury patient care At Repta Plastic Surgery, you will be part of a premier aesthetic practice recognized around the world.
