Job Description

Nestled along the shores of Big Bear Lake, Big Bear Frontier offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Our guests come to relax, explore, and create lasting memories—and our front desk team plays a key role in making that happen. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. This role is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering a welcoming, efficient, and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email Provide information about the property, amenities, and local attractions Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Qualifications Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel systems is a plus Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within the company Employee discounts and perks A supportive and team-oriented work environment in a beautiful mountain setting
