Position Overview We are seeking friendly, outgoing, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Team Members to be the face of our club. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional member first experience by managing daily check-ins, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and supporting smooth club operations. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly and professionally Check in players for open play, leagues, clinics, and events Manage court reservations, schedules, and waitlists Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, programming, and policies Process payments for retail purchases accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Communicate club policies clearly and courteously Assist with event check-ins and special programming as needed Coordinate with court monitors, coaches, and management to ensure smooth daily operations Promote memberships, programming and sell pro shop items Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and customer service focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and scheduling software Ability to sell products Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Availability for early morning & evenings and weekends preferred Interest in pickleball or sports hospitality is a plus (but not required) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Why Join Us Fun & energetic staff community with monthly staff socials Opportunity to be part of a growing pickleball community Complimentary club membership with minimum hours worked 401K Flexible scheduling
