ABOUT ELITE LUXURY HOMES
Elite Luxury Homes is a premier luxury short-term rental company managing an exclusive portfolio of estates across Los Angeles, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Hollywood Hills, and beyond. We deliver world-class, white-glove hospitality to high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and discerning guests who expect nothing less than extraordinary. We also support luxury property rentals for film productions, photoshoots, and private events. As we continue to grow, we are building out our operations team to ensure every guest and client experience is flawless.
THE ROLE
We are looking for two Operations Associates to join our team and support the day-to-day management of our luxury property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will work closely with our sales agents to ensure every rental is executed seamlessly — from the moment a booking is confirmed to the moment a guest checks out. This is a field-based, client-facing role that demands professionalism, discretion, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Our clientele includes high-net-worth individuals and celebrities — all interactions are held to the strictest standards of confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full guest experience for luxury clientele, providing white-glove service throughout their stay Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay, responding to calls and messages promptly and professionally Execute the full cycle of guest check-ins including pre-arrival inspection, in-person greeting, and post-departure inspection Coordinate and manage vendor appointments for properties including housekeeping, maintenance, and service providers Work closely with sales agents to support and manage their client rentals Fulfill runner responsibilities including shopping, pickups, drop-offs, and stocking homes ahead of guest arrivals Support concierge service requests by helping coordinate guest needs during their stay Assist with property photoshoots, home onboarding, and other operational tasks as needed Maintain flexible availability — work schedules are driven by confirmed rental bookings and active guest stays, which may require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays

Personable and confident — comfortable communicating and interacting with high-net-worth and celebrity clientele Self-motivated and reliable — you take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through without being micromanaged Dynamic and adaptable — able to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-moving environment Detail-oriented — you notice what others miss and take pride in getting things right Discreet and trustworthy — you understand the importance of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism A team player who communicates well and shows up for the people around them
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to drive to properties throughout Los Angeles, surrounding areas, and Malibu — required Experience interacting with high-net-worth or celebrity clientele Background in one or more of the following: customer service, hospitality, white-glove service, events, or operations/management Strong communication skills — professional, warm, and clear in both written and verbal settings Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) preferred
