We are a modern dental office looking for the right Dental Concierge to join our team. We have an excellent clinical team, and our looking for an A+ player to maintain the level of hospitality and care in our front office. Our practice is well established. The facility that we practice in was built in 2013 with up to date equipment (digital x-rays, single day CEREC crowns, massage chairs, Cone Beam CT, etc...). Our Concierge is in charge of ensuring that each patient experience with our practice is an excellent one. Some of your responsibilities will be communicating with patients (phone, e-mail, text), planning and preparing for each patient's visit based on their preferences, scheduling appointments, processing payments and billing, and being the great first and last impression for our practice. Our office is not contracted with any dental benefits companies. Please DO NOT apply if you:
