Welcome every guest with presence, warmth, and care. Manage the guest journey - check-ins, timing, and checkout - ensuring the day flows seamlessly for stylists and clients. Handle all aspects of appointments, payments and gratuities with accuracy and confidence. Support stylists with transitions between clients to keep the day on track. Maintain the salon's various areas so they reflect our clean, modern aesthetic. Respond promptly to messages, texts, and calls, offering helpful and thoughtful communication. Anticipate client and team needs, going above and beyond to elevate each experience. Support with administrative tasks like tracking inventory, managing waitlists, and ensuring client info is up to date Partner closely with leadership to uphold CHS standards and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hospitality. What You'll Need:
1-2 years of customer service, retail, or salon front desk experience (preferred, not required) We value reliability and expect you to be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfort using digital booking, POS, and messaging systems (we'll train you on our tools) A positive attitude and polished, professional presence Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift boxes up to 15 lbs Note :
