Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, approved overtime, and additional hours based on property and operational needs, including during peak operating periods. Participate in evening or overnight on-call rotations and community rounds based on established property schedules. Work is performed throughout the community in resident-facing, indoor, and outdoor areas, with workload and pace varying based on delivery volume and property activity.
