Role:

Join the dynamic team at All One Gym Inc as a Gym Front Desk Associate! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting their fitness journeys.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist members and guests at the front desk with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-ins, memberships, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. Handle phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Promote gym programs, services, and events to enhance member engagement. Process payments and manage cash register transactions. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing records. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive gym experience for all.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientele. Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for fitness and knowledge of gym operations is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
