Concierge

Job Duties The Concierge acts as point of contact between guests and our community. They are tasked with answering resident or guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating work orders, inspecting the property for liabilities, troubleshooting issues, retrieving packages, and more . They must uphold company culture at all times while making guests feel welcomed and valued. Minimum Qualifications Minimum one year experiences in customer service. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work weekends. Able to handle multiple customer contacts and issues simultaneously. Calm demeanor and solid problem solving skills with sound judgement is mandatory. Understand, apply, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
