Neurofeedback Tech Vital Brain Health Pasadena, CA Job Details Part-time $25 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Experience working with children Bachelor's degree Performing background checks Adolescents Sensors Full Job Description Are you the person everyone wants to be helped by? Some people just have a gift for making others feel at ease. They remember your name and how you like your coffee. They notice when a guest is nervous and quietly fix it. They like it when things run smoothly and look polished, and they feel proud when a client leaves happier than they arrived. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. You might be working in luxury retail, at a hotel concierge desk, at a boutique fitness or spa front desk, or in another role where hospitality comes first. About Vital Brain Health Vital Brain Health is a private neurofeedback and qEEG brain-mapping clinic in Pasadena's Playhouse Village, led by Dr. Giancarlo Licata, DC, qEEG-D. Our clients are families and professionals who expect a high level of care and attention. We see children, teens (including autistic kids and teens), and adults. Our goal is for every visit to feel calm, warm, and well run. What you'll do
- Welcome clients and families, get them settled, and help each visit run smoothly and on time.
- Run neurofeedback sessions using our equipment and software, following the plan set by our Brain Trainers.
- Record EEGs (brain maps). You'll place the sensor cap, check the signal, and make sure each recording is clean.
- Support our Brain Trainers with session setup, cleanup, simple notes, and keeping the rooms spotless and ready.
- Be a steady, friendly presence for kids and teens who may be nervous, restless, or new to the experience. What we'll teach you You don't need any experience with EEG or neurofeedback. We train you fully and one on one. You'll learn:
- How to fit an EEG cap and sensors comfortably and get a clean signal.
- How to run neurofeedback sessions on our software, step by step.
- How we greet, guide, and care for clients of every age, including kids who need a little extra patience.
- Our clinic routines for hygiene, timing, and keeping records. You'll practice with coaching before you work on your own. Then we'll keep giving you feedback as you grow. Schedule and pay
- $25 per hour.
- Part-time, about 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Our hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and we'll set your regular schedule with you. No evenings or weekends.
- This role can grow into a full-time position.
- In person only, in Pasadena. This job can't be done remotely.
- Target start date: the week of October 12, 2026. What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- A real warmth for kids and teens, including autistic kids and teens, and ease with adults and parents.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, concierge, or a similar people-first role.
- Coachability. You like learning, you welcome feedback, and you put it to use quickly.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a polished, professional presence.
- A background check is required after a conditional job offer. We follow California's Fair Chance Act. How to apply Email with the subject line "Neurofeedback Tech — [Your Name]" and include: 1.
