Concierge Nursing Luminate Wellness and recovery San Francisco, CA Job Details Part-time | Travel nursing | Full-time | PRN | Per diem 14 hours ago Qualifications RN License Customer service BLS Certification Basic life support Adaptability Home health Full Job Description Luminate Wellness & Recovery is seeking experienced, polished, and highly dependable LVNs and RNs for concierge private-duty nursing and care management cases throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a per diem, on-call position ideal for nurses who value flexibility, professionalism, autonomy, and working with concierge physicians and clientele. We are primarily seeking LVNs, though experienced RNs are also encouraged to apply. About the Role Our nurses work directly alongside concierge physicians caring for clients in homes, hotels, recovery settings, and other private environments. Cases may include post-operative support, medication management, wellness monitoring, bedside care, companionship support, travel assistance, and coordination with physicians and families. This is not a traditional facility position. We are looking for nurses who are clinically strong, adaptable, calm under pressure, discreet, and service-oriented. Responsibilities Provide private-duty nursing care in home, hotel, or recovery settings Follow physician orders and care plans Monitor and document patient condition and changes Assist with medication reminders and management Support post-operative recovery and wellness care Communicate professionally with physicians, families, and care teams Maintain accurate and timely charting/documentation Arrive prepared, professional, and punctual for assignments Uphold HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards at all times Requirements Current California LVN or RN license in good standing Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Concierge, private-duty, post-op, home health, recovery, med-surg, ICU, or ER experience is a plus Current BLS certification Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable transportation Comfortable working independently Flexible availability including: Days Nights Weekends Holidays Last-minute/on-call shifts Preferred Qualities Calm and confident bedside manner Strong critical thinking skills Ability to adapt in fast-paced or high-touch environments Experience working with concierge clients preferred but not required Nurses who naturally provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong clinical standards Position Type Per diem On-call Flexible scheduling 1099 Independent Contractor Location San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding areas.
