We are passionate about delivering a world-class experience to our members and guests through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a shared enthusiasm for automotive culture. We are currently seeking an Automotive Operations & Hospitality Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and genuinely loves cars, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences. Position Overview This is a dynamic hybrid role combining: Automotive operations Vehicle logistics Hospitality & member experience Event support Facility presentation The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, polished, and dependable, with strong people skills and a passion for high-performance vehicles. Key ResponsibilitiesAutomotive Operations Deliver vehicles to members and clients professionally and safely Coordinate vehicle logistics onsite and offsite Assist with vehicle transport using truck & trailer (training available) Perform vehicle readiness inspections and light mechanical tasks Track maintenance schedules and service appointments Clean, detail, and prepare vehicles to luxury presentation standards Hospitality & Member Experience Provide exceptional service to members and guests Maintain a welcoming, polished club environment Support private events, corporate gatherings, and member experiences Represent Club Sportiva at partner events and activations Build positive relationships with members through professionalism and enthusiasm Event & Facility Support Assist with event setup, operations, and breakdown Help maintain high presentation standards across the facility Collaborate with team members to support club operations and member satisfaction QualificationsRequired Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Clean driving record Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic mechanical tasks Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) Associate degree or equivalent experience Preferred Experience working with luxury brands or high-end clientele Automotive enthusiasm or experience with exotic/performance vehicles Experience with hospitality, events, or operations Benefits Full-time employees may be eligible for: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Flexible scheduling opportunities Unique access to the exotic automotive and luxury events industry To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter explaining: Why you're interested in Club Sportiva What makes you a strong fit for this role Your interest in automotive culture, hospitality, or member experience
