Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Membership Concierge to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring members receive personalized support. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive environment, assist with membership inquiries, and manage administrative tasks efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while making a meaningful impact on our members' experience. Duties Greet members and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls accurately Assist members with membership registration, renewals, and account updates using computer literacy skills Maintain organized records through filing, data entry, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office tools Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously via phone or in person Coordinate office operations by managing supplies, overseeing clerical processes, and ensuring smooth daily functioning Requirements Proven experience working at a front desk or in an office environment with strong organizational skills Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse member needs effectively Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and general computer literacy Prior clerical or administrative experience with familiarity in filing, proofreading, and calendar management Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Personal assistant experience or office management background is advantageous Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service Join us as a Membership Concierge where your enthusiasm meets your organizational talent!
