Job Description The Workplace Ambassador is a highly visible, customer-facing role responsible for delivering a best-in-class onsite experience at a large corporate office environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, ensuring the workplace operates efficiently and meets client expectations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing service requests, supporting front desk operations, and performing hands-on tasks such as workspace setup, furniture assembly, and general facility support to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience.
