Founding Concierge Paramedic

CBAM Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial paramedic to help build and expand a next-generation concierge wellness and recovery division throughout North County San Diego. This is not traditional EMS. This is a founding-level opportunity to help develop a rapidly growing mobile wellness model focused on in-home concierge care, recovery optimization, IV hydration, pain management support, and relationship-driven community expansion. We are looking for someone who wants more than simply working shifts. We are looking for someone who wants to help build territory, create meaningful community relationships, and become a key part of expanding an emerging healthcare model in North County San Diego. Responsibilities Provide in-home concierge wellness, health coaching, electroanalgesia pain management, and IV hydration services Deliver exceptional patient-centered experiences in the field Build and maintain referral relationships with: physicians, wellness providers, assisted living communities, recovery centers, gyms, and community partners Assist in growing and expanding the North County San Diego territory Represent the company professionally within the community Support wellness, recovery, and pain management service delivery Coordinate scheduling, follow-up, and client communication Serve as both a clinical provider and relationship-builder for the brand Requirements An active California Paramedic license is required Current San Diego County Paramedic accreditation is required Current ACLS certification required Strong IV skills required Minimum 2 years of field experience preferred Reliable transportation required Must carry active individual general liability / professional liability insurance Comfortable working independently in client homes Professional appearance and communication required Exceptional bedside manner and emotional intelligence An entrepreneurial mindset is strongly preferred Compensation Average field compensation equivalent to approximately $60/hour based on services performed Paid per completed client visit/service Flexible self-directed scheduling Additional opportunities for leadership and business development incentives are available as the territory expands This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for motivated paramedics seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help build a rapidly expanding concierge wellness division. Additional Information Selected candidates will complete onboarding, training, and competency validation before independently providing services in the field. Training is designed to ensure high standards of patient care, professionalism, safety, and operational consistency.
