You greet guests, listen to what they need, and guide them toward frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle. You offer style tips, explain lens choices in plain language, and share simple care and maintenance advice so every pair looks and performs its best. As the visit unfolds, you make small frame adjustments for comfort and accuracy, then capture the order in our POS system with care and precision. If a question or concern comes up, you handle it with honesty and a solutions-first mindset. Between customers, you keep the sales floor neat and inviting, help organize backstock, and coordinate with the production team so orders are completed quickly and correctly. What you will do Welcome every customer warmly and professionally from the moment they enter. Recommend frames and lenses tailored to preferences, visual needs, and lifestyle. Offer style guidance and educate on lens options, care, and maintenance. Perform basic fittings and frame adjustments for a precise, comfortable fit. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Resolve customer concerns with integrity and a focus on outcomes. Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting sales floor. Assist with inventory management and backstock organization. Support eyewear production to help ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment. What it takes Optical or eyewear background preferred, not required. Experience in retail eyewear, optics, or vision care is a plus. Clear, friendly communication and a genuine ability to connect with people. Professional, positive approach in every interaction. Strong organization skills to prioritize in a high-traffic environment. Comfortable on your feet and moving throughout the shift. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
