Pool Attendant

Schaffer's Mill, located in Truckee, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Welcoming and greeting residents. Approach all encounters with members, guests, and team members in an attentive, friendly, and courteous manner. Asks members for a membership card to ensure non-members are not using the pool

• when applicable Set up umbrellas and the cabanas; neatly arrange all pool furniture.

Ensure residents are complying with association rules and regulations; Report any malfunction immediately to supervisor Ensures the area is clean of trash and debris Empties trash containers on the pool deck as needed throughout the day. The trash containers should be emptied and the umbrellas lowered before leaving at the end of each shift. The ability to swim is highly desirable Prior experience in a related position is helpful. High School Diploma or equivalent. The ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Must convey a positive and "can-do" attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations.
