Job Description

Description Ready to be the face of luxury in the heart of Vail? Solaris Residences is looking for a people-person with a passion for hospitality to join our team as a Front Desk Agent . In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for our owners and guests—delivering seamless service before, during, and after their stay. No two days are the same, and your ability to coordinate requests and create memorable experiences will make you a key player in our high-end mountain escape. Duties Include:
Answer and return all incoming calls promptly and professionally Manage guest and owner check-in and check-out processes Ensure billing accuracy and process all transactions efficiently Communicate effectively with other departments via radio and phone Handle reservation inquiries and availability requests Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and realtors as needed

$24/hr, reservation commissions are possible
Schedule:
7am-3pm, 10am-5pm or 3pm-11pm, 5 days/week
Job Closing Date:
6/30/2026 or when filled Minimum Requirements The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old and bring strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to the role, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in hospitality or a similar field. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications is essential, as are basic math and writing skills to support accurate transactions and effective communication.
