- Chef Concierge
- , you're not just overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk
- you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: +
- Supervise concierge team:
- Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience +
- Delight our guests:
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns +
- Offer recommendations:
- Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions +
- Coordinate special services:
- Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs +
- Support VIP guests:
- Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests +
- Promote hotel offerings:
- Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs +
- Manage budgets and payroll:
- Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines

- Ideally, the Chef Concierge will have the following:
- + Les Clefs d'Or designation + Managerial experience leading a team through busy operations + Luxury brand experience + Polished verbal and written communication skills + Exceptional knowledge of the workings of Washington DC with strong relationship building skills
