$19.00/hr $20.00/hr after 90 days

Shifts:

0700-1500 1500-2300 2300-0700 Must be willing to work WEEKENDS and

VARIOUS SHIFTS. QUALIFICATIONS A

minimum educational level of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments, and write effective, concise, and legible reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Schedule appointments and maintain Visitor Logs electronically. Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
