A Day in the Life of a Dental Concierge at District Dental Surgery On any given day you can expect the following: Arriving 15 minutes before your first patient to be ready to go for the day Working with a driven team of dentists, hygienists, assistants and administrative professionals Assisting in all administrative tasks at the front desk including answering phones and collecting payments Attending to patient responsible collections in a timely manner This role is for you if… You love working in a patient-centric environment You thrive when you are given autonomy to let your customer service skills shine!
