Randstad is seeking a professional, high-energy, and reliable Weekend Front Desk Administrator for a long-term assignment at a premier residential sales center in the Boca Raton area. This is a critical role serving as the "face of the community," requiring a candidate who excels in customer service and can maintain a polished, professional atmosphere

Job Type:
Part-Time, Long-Term Weekend Assignment Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with CRM systems or multi-line phone systems.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on "white-glove" customer service.
Soft Skills:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and prospective homebuyers visiting the sales center.
Lead Management:
Register customers accurately into the CRM system and efficiently introduce them to the appropriate sales associate.
Administrative Support:
Manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls and taking messages with a "smile in your voice."
Operational Excellence:
Maintain, print, and distribute traffic reports, contracts, and other essential correspondence.
Lobby Upkeep:
Ensure the reception area and sales gallery remain show-ready; manage inventory of marketing supplies and keep refreshments (water, coffee, etc.) well-stocked.
