Director of Guest Services Description The Bell Staff is responsible for providing a warm welcome and exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. This role focuses on assisting guests with luggage, escorting guests to rooms, and supporting the Front Desk. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming first and lasting impression for guests at by delivering attentive, efficient, and personalized service, excluding valet and parking duties. Key Responsibilities Greeting guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure Assist guests with luggage handling, tagging, storage, and delivery to guest rooms Escort guests to rooms and provide an overview of room features, resort amenities, and services Deliver guest requests such as extra amenities, packages, messages, and special items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage areas Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort facilities and local attractions Assist with group arrivals and departures, including conference and event luggage handling Maintain a professional appearance and always uphold brand service standards Follow safety, security, and guest privacy procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs. or more) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Skills & Competencies Exceptional guest service orientation Professional demeanor and presentation Attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment Strong problem-solving skills Work Environment Primarily lobby and guest-facing areas Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting Indoor and occasional outdoor exposureJob Type:
