Your expertise in surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response will be vital in safeguarding property and people around the clock. Duties Monitor access points to control entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors using CCTV systems and physical checks Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards Respond promptly to on-call security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid Manage surveillance footage review and CCTV monitoring to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Enforce loss prevention policies by observing and addressing theft or vandalism attempts Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents, providing detailed reports and support Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records to ensure thorough documentation Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques Certified in first aid and CPR with the ability to respond effectively during emergencies Experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles demonstrating conflict management skills Familiarity with security protocols, access control procedures, and CCTV monitoring tools Excellent conflict resolution skills with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure Ability to work independently during on-call shifts while maintaining high vigilance Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating with emergency responders This position offers an engaging environment where your proactive security measures help foster safe spaces.
