Job Description

Sterling Event Venue is a premier wedding and event venue located in Minneola, Florida, known for creating unforgettable experiences for couples and their guests. We're looking for someone with a love of weddings and the events industry to join our team as a Venue Attendant! The Role You will be the face of Sterling Event Venue during evening and weekend events, serving as the on site point of contact once the office has closed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys social environments, thrives on customer service, and wants a flexible, low commitment side job. During events, you'll check in with clients and vendors throughout the evening, answer questions on behalf of the venue, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary venue representative during events Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and throughout the evening Monitor the venue to ensure policies, timelines, and safety standards are upheld Assist with minor client needs or questions as they arise Communicate with the Sterling management team if any issues occur Ensure the venue is left in good condition at the end of each event What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Strong communication and problem-solving skills Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet Reliable transportation and punctuality Must be available nights and weekends Prior hospitality, events, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Why You'll Love It Fun, high energy environment Flexible schedule, perfect as a side gig Minimal administrative work Opportunity to gain experience in the wedding & events industry Be part of a supportive, close knit team If you're personable, dependable, and love being around people on one of the happiest days of their lives, we'd love to hear from you!
