Job Description

Overview The Agent Concierge serves as the central in-office support resource for real estate agents, focusing on marketing, technology, business development and relationship building. This person empowers agents with tools, resources and personalized support to assist them to operate at their highest level and deliver exceptional client experiences. This position will support multiple offices.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for agent support within the office(s) Assist agents in all aspects of onboarding Provide day-to-day assistance with technology platforms Offer one-on-one coaching on office tools and systems to help agents streamline workflows Support agents with marketing requests such as flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and digital signage Train agents to use Watson's marketing tools and CRM to nurture leads and maintain strong client relationships Assist with open house/event promotions and community engagement marketing inititiaves Coordinate with Marketing Dept to ensure office-level campaigns and initiatives are executed consistently Maintain the smooth day-to-day flow of office functions, including supplies, scheduling and vendor coordination Process office invoices and provide general support to the office leadership team Qualifications Excellent Customer Service, in person, phone and written Proficient in Technology; Real Estate systems such as MLS, ProLink+, etc are preferred Proficient in Canva Skilled in managing multiple requests, deadline sna d priorities Familiarity with social media, digital marketing and design platforms such as Canva, etc. Prior Real Estate office experience and knowledge of industry preferred.
