$19-$20/hour Join Our Team as a Concierge! West Delray is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Concierge to create a warm, welcoming experience for our residents and their families—from admission to discharge. What You'll Do Prepare rooms for new admissions (cleanliness, setup, equipment ready) Greet and escort residents to their rooms Support residents and families with care and communication Respond to call bells and assist or direct needs Coordinate with nursing, admissions, and laundry teams Handle concerns and ensure a smooth resident experience Conduct tours and assist with room transitions Complete follow-ups and daily reports What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented Comfortable working with elderly residents Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred What We Offer Medical & Dental Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Programs Supportive, team-focused environment Apply today and help us create a welcoming, caring experience for every resident!
