Open Mindbody. Prepare front desk. Verify appointments. Check voicemail. Prepare beverages. Ensure lobby cleanliness. Review daily goals. Throughout the Day Answer phones promptly. Schedule appointments. Check guests in and out. Promote memberships. Recommend retail. Confirm upcoming appointments. Complete guest notes. Maintain cleanliness. Assist spa team as needed. Closing Duties Complete checkout procedures. Secure cash drawer. Prepare front desk for next day. Clean lobby. Complete closing checklist. Log out of systems.
