What You'll Do:
As a Wellness Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients have a positive and enriching experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. Educating clients about our services, products, and wellness programs to help them make informed decisions. Building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within our facility. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Responsibilities:
Experience:
You must be the age 21 or older and have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry. Must be the age of 21 or older to apply. Must pass a background check
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Attitude:
A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
Organization:
