Job Description

Our rapidly expanding home healthcare company is seeking a full-time Senior Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, independent work environment. The ideal candidate should maintain a positive attitude, remain calm under pressure, and be capable of performing the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. Refer qualified caregivers (CNAs) from a pool to clients on an ongoing basis. Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in all tasks. Collaborate with the team while providing excellent customer service. Serve on-call as required. Answer phone calls during regular office hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Be available to take calls after hours (weekends, Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 9:00 AM).
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of related healthcare experience. A valid driver's license is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Outstanding customer service skills and a client-focused approach. Strong understanding and ability to follow company policies and procedures. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen. Capacity to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines. Demonstrate integrity, discretion, and fairness in line with company standards and policies. Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing daily tasks. Ability to build positive working relationships with management, colleagues, and staff. Professional appearance and demeanor. Friendly, patient, and clear communication on the phone with clients and team members. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel.
