Job Overview Spa Front Desk & Guest Experience Coordinator OM Home Healing Massage | Jupiter, FLStarting at $15/hour + tips + additional earning opportunities OM Home Healing Massage is a growing boutique wellness spa in Jupiter, and we are looking for the right person to grow with us. This is more than a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who is warm, organized, professional, comfortable with sales, and genuinely enjoys making clients feel taken care of from the moment they walk through the door. We are happy to train the right person and would especially love someone who is interested in building a future in the spa, wellness, beauty, or massage industry. What You'll Help With Greeting clients and creating a warm, hospitable spa experience Answering phone calls, texts, and client inquiries Helping clients choose services based on their needs Booking appointments according to therapist availability, specialties, and schedules Following up with inquiries and helping convert leads into appointments Front desk sales and recommending appropriate services or packages Serving tea and helping prepare clients for their appointments Learning to operate and assist clients with our ozone sauna Keeping the front desk and common areas beautiful, organized, and welcoming Helping with basic marketing projects Taking aesthetic photos and short videos around the spa Assisting with social media content when needed Helping us capture the day-to-day atmosphere of the spa for Instagram and other platforms Additional Earning Opportunities This position is especially exciting for someone who already has — or is working toward — a skill that complements the spa. A big plus if you are a: Licensed Massage Therapist Nail Technician Lash Artist Reiki Practitioner Stretch Practitioner Head Spa Technician Esthetician Wellness professional Former spa or salon employee Or have another skill that would fit naturally into our wellness environment If you provide an additional service, there may be opportunities to take clients during slower front desk periods and earn additional income rather than simply waiting for the next task. We receive a lot of walk-in traffic, phone calls, last-minute inquiries, and new client requests, so there is strong potential for the right person to build a busy schedule within the spa.

Compensation Starting pay:

$15/hour + tips There are also opportunities to earn additional income through services and assisting with ozone sauna appointments. For ozone sauna services performed independently, compensation is 20% of the service cost, in addition to your regular opportunities within the position. For the right person, I am very open to discussing different compensation arrangements, wage expectations, and ways to structure the position. 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Applicants do not necessarily need to work every open hour, but flexibility is important, and we are looking for someone who can become a dependable part of our schedule.
